Our store is hosted on SquareSpace and provides the online platform allowing us to sell products to you.

All prices are defaulted in AUD unless changed by the customer. By completing your purchase, you authorize Threads for Hope to charge the applicable amount to your payment method. In the case of discrepancies, you will be notified and any issues resolved accordingly.

Section 8: Pre-Order Policy

As a startup, we operate on a pre-order model, with products made upon order to maintain sustainability and minimise waste, additonally we have the right to cancel adn refund orders within one week of purchase for any reason. Orders may take up to 7 weeks for delivery, depending on location, production times, and logistics. Please review your order details carefully as we cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.

Section 9: Refunds and Returns

Threads for Hope offers a detailed return and refund policy, available on our Returns & Refunds page. Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. For further details, please refer to our refund policy.
