How Our Pre-Order System Works

To ensure we only produce what’s needed, each order is made on-demand through The T-Shirt Co Australia, a reputable sustainability-focused company in Brisbane, Australia.


Here’s what you can expect:

  • Pre-Order Processing: Once you place your order, we include it with other orders placed that week to begin production through The T-Shirt Co. This aproach helps us to maintain a sustainable, low-waste model and keeps our expenses manageable during our startup phase.

  • Delivery Timeframe: From the time of purchase, your order may take up to 7 weeks to arrive, depending on factors like production times, shipping location, and logistical schedules. If your inside Australia delivery is expected to be between 1-3 weeks.

As a mission-driven startup, our pre-order system enables us to:

  • Reduce Waste: By only producing what’s been ordered, we’re able to limit our environmental impact and stay aligned with our sustainability goals.

  • Manage expenses: Producing on-demand helps us avoid unnecessary debt, and allowing us to direct 50% of our profits to mental health programs.

  • Support Mental Health Programs: Every purchase helps us allocate resources toward mental health initiatives. Your support makes a direct impact on our mission!

  • The rest of the world: $34.95

  • No Additional Fees for Larger Orders: At this time we don’t offer free shipping, but all orders, regardless of size and weight, will all cost the same rate!
