Returns & Refunds Policy
At Threads for Hope, we’re committed to providing quality products that help raise mental health awareness. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refunds policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to our commitment to sustainability and limited inventory, we cannot accept returns on limited edition specials.
Process for Returns
Contact Us: Start by emailing us at returns@threadsforhope.co with your order number and reason for the return.
Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions, including our return address.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds: If items are returned in a used or damaged condition, we may only issue a partial refund or no refund at all.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item/s.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right:
Contact us at returns@threadsforhope.co within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.
We’ll provide a replacement item or full refund, including shipping costs.
Donations Are Non-Refundable
At Threads for Hope, 50% of our profits — along with any optional donations made at checkout — go directly toward supporting mental health and
suicide-prevention programs.
Because of this, we are unable to refund any donation-related amounts, including:
Voluntary donations added at checkout
Round-up charity donations
Any portion of your order that was explicitly marked as a donation
These funds are immediately allocated to our partnered initiatives and cannot be retrieved or reversed once processed.
This ensures that support reaches the programs and people who rely on it without delay.
